Class Description
We're turning our focus on wontons for this delicious class! First, we'll be making boiled pork wontons drizzled in a homemade chili oil. You'll never want to buy pre-bottled chili oil after learning the secret to making your own. Next, we'll be frying up one of my most requested appetizers... crispy shrimp wontons with a homemade sweet and sour sauce! Get ready to boil, fry and make some sauces! Returning guest chef is David Lynn Drzick, who in addition to being webmaster behind Pacific Rim Foods, Cravings and Cravings Corners, is also the owner of Ruby 'Que Catering and 3rd Place Winner of the Confucius Institute Master Chef Competition. He has travelled to China several times and is always pursuing authentic dishes for his family, friends and social gatherings.
