Class Description
Chef Xin invites you to enjoy the spicy taste of malatang. Named after its key ingredient, mala sauce, which is flavored with a combination of Sichuan pepper and dried chili pepper. This dish is basically a version of hot pot filled with a variety of vegetables and meats usually pre-cooked and then added to the soup base to be heated up. Then the ingredients are served in your own bowl... resulting in a delicious spicy build-your-own dining experience! Allergy Alert - this recipe contains peanuts and sesame.
