Class Description

Join us as we make two of Xin's favorite dishes... starting with sweet & savory soy sauce wings served with a traditional ginger onion sauce and jasmine rice. We'll also be preparing Sichuan hot and numbing smashed cucumber salad with woodear mushrooms and bean curd seasoned with a spicy Mala dressing. Classes are limited to 12 participants. Please arrive to class 15 minutes early. Bring your favorite kitchen knife, pen and an apron. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required. No refunds available after booking this class.
