Class Description

Kimbap (or gimbap) is a Korean seaweed roll filled with rice, vegetables, meats and countless other tasty ingredients. It is one of Korea's most popular picnic snacks. The name comes from gim (seaweed) and bap (rice) and depending on the ingredients you use, it can easily satisfy both meat lovers and vegetarians alike. In addition, we'll be stir-frying a delicious sweet & spicy marinated pork and kimchi dish! Your tastebuds aren't prepared for this amazing culinary adventure in the classroom!
